Do you source off-market deals?

Where possible. We use our industry networks and channels to assess opportunities both on-market and off-market.

How many properties will you present?

We prioritise quality over quantity. During the search process we review potential opportunities against your property brief and investment criteria, and prepare structured deal packs to support your decision making on quality assets that suit your brief and criteria.

Are we real estate agents?

No - Licensed agents bring about the transaction, We strategise, Consult, educate, evaluate and coordinate on behalf of our clients. All real estate agency activity is conducted by licensed agents.

Can you project manage renovations?

Where value-add works are required, we can coordinate renovation oversight through trusted partners. Any renovation scope and fees are included in our fees, any additional work outside scope will be confirmed per project with you first.

How do I choose a property manager?

We qualify property managers based on service standards, communication, fees, and track record, then coordinate a clean handover at or before settlement.

Are renovations and the addition of a secondary dwelling included in your fees?

No. Construction or Renovations and / or the building of additional dwellings are at your cost, but the project management of such is included in your fees.
